Motivate appoints Albert Grice to lead new era of growth

Today, we’re proud to announce the appointment of Albert Grice as Chief Executive Officer of Motivate. 

Since joining Motivate in 2019, Albert has played a central role in the company’s growth and evolution. As Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief of Staff, he has helped shape the organization’s strategy, strengthened client partnerships, developed leaders, and improved how the company operates. Throughout his tenure, Albert has earned the trust of employees, clients, and partners through disciplined execution, thoughtful leadership, and a relentless focus on building high-performing teams. 

Albert succeeds Matthew Parker, who will transition into the role of Senior Advisor to the CEO. In this capacity, Matt will continue providing strategic counsel to Albert and the Board, ensuring continuity as Motivate enters its next chapter. Under Matt’s leadership, Motivate strengthened its client partnerships, expanded its operational capabilities, and built a resilient business positioned for continued success.
