Celebrating the Latest Bike Path Graduates

On May 28th, 2026, something special happened in New York City.

Fifteen people stepped onstage to cheers from fellow alumni, Motivate team members, and a community that showed up to witness the moment. After weeks of hard work, dedication, and growth, they officially graduated from the Bike Path program.

Bike New York’s transformative Bike Path program doesn’t just teach graduates how to fix bikes. Through Bike Path, graduates developed adaptive problem-solving skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and the kind of teamwork and work ethic that only comes from doing something genuinely difficult. They discovered a new sense of purpose and the irreplaceable pride of a hard day’s work.

Now, they would join 31 fellow 2026 alumni already on Motivate’s Bike Fleet team.
